目的建立布渣叶的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用Kromasil C18柱,以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为278 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2009版)软件对其进行了相似度计算。结果方法学考察结果良好,确立了14个共有峰,14批布渣叶样品指纹图谱的相似度为0.820~0.966。结论该方法稳定性、重复性好,建立的指纹图谱可为布渣叶的质量评价提供依据。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of cloth residue leaves. Methods Kromasil C18 column was used with gradient elution with methanol - water as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 278 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The similarity was calculated by using the similarity evaluation system of Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint (2009 version). Results The results of methodological study were good, and 14 common peaks were established. The similarity of fingerprints of 14 batches of cloth residue samples was 0.820-0.966. Conclusion The stability and repeatability of this method are good. The established fingerprint can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of Cloth leaf.
