近日,笔者有幸担当了市里举行的35周岁以上英语教师赛课的评委工作,对其中实验小学雷老师的一节课印象颇深。雷老师的课堂教学技能扎实,活动设计不搞花架子,整个课堂波澜不惊,返璞归真的教学设计真正实现了“有效教学”这一目标。在赛课的情况下,参赛教师往往追求的是课的流畅性和新颖的设计,以求给评委们留下深刻的印象,但雷老师的英语单词听写却给我眼前一亮的感觉。
