为加强勘察设计质量监管,进一步规范市场秩序,确保建设工程质量安全,依据《建筑法》、《建设工程质量管理条例》、《省建设工程勘察设计管理条例》等有关法律法规的规定,省住建厅于2013年6月至11月采取随机抽取项目、专家评审和复议的方式,开展了全省勘察设计和施工图审查质量检查。本次质量检查包括9个地区,16家审图机构,30个勘察单位,42个设计单位。共抽取62个项目。其中房建项目50个,还专门抽查保障性
