Inhibitory Effect of High Concentration Morphine on Proliferation of Lymphocytes in Mice in Vitro LU Zheng-wu, LIN Zhi-bin Department of Pharmacology, Beijing Medical University This study investigated the mechanism of morphine in vitro by using different stimulus-induced lymphocyte proliferation responses. The results showed that: (1) High concentration of morphine (≥0.1mmol·L-1) inhibited ConA / LPS-induced lymphocytes in a dose-dependent manner.
