目的:对一起不明原因以聚集性腹泻为主要症状的食物中毒进行调查分析,制定有效的防控措施,预防控制食物中毒。方法:对中毒学生采用病例对照研究为主的流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查、采集标本进行实验室检测。结果:通过流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查和实验室检测分析,初步认为是一起由集体食堂引起的以聚集性腹泻为主要症状的不明原因食物中毒。结论:基层疾控机构流行病学调查人员业务技能和实验室检测能力是查明“致病因素”主要影响因素。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze food poisoning caused by an unknown cause with aggregated diarrhea as the main symptom, and to develop effective prevention and control measures to prevent and control food poisoning. Methods: The case-control study of poisoning students mainly epidemiological survey, field health survey, collected specimens for laboratory testing. Results: Through epidemiological investigation, on-site hygiene investigation and laboratory test and analysis, it was initially considered as an unexplained food poisoning caused by collective diarrhea together with collective diarrhea. Conclusions: The operational skills and laboratory testing ability of epidemiological investigators in grass-roots CDC institutions are the main factors to ascertain the cause of disease.
