目的:观察如意酒的抗应激作用及对细胞免疫功能、白细胞的影响。方法:抗应激作用的观察采用缺氧、寒冷和疲劳等方法;对细胞免疫功能及白细胞的影响,先采用环磷酰胺(Cy,100mg·kg~(-1)ip,qd×3d)造成免疫功能低下的动物模型。然后观察如意酒对二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)及小鼠外周血细胞的影响。结果:如意酒(0.4,0.88·kg~(-1))可延长NaNO_2中毒小鼠的存活时间及延长小鼠在寒冷环境中(-25℃)的存活时间;如意酒(0.8g·kg~(-1))可延长常压缺氧条件下小鼠存活时间及小鼠负重游泳时间。如意酒(0.4,0.8g·kg~(-1))可使小鼠降低的耳片肿胀度,胸腺及肝指数升高;同时,如意酒(0.8g·kg~(-1))可使降低的白细胞数升高。
Objective: To observe the anti-stress effect of Ruyi Liquor and its effects on cellular immune function and white blood cells. Methods: Observed anti-stress effects using hypoxia, cold and fatigue; the effect on cellular immune function and leukocytes was first caused by cyclophosphamide (Cy, 100 mg·kg -1 ip, qd×3d). Ruyi Liquor (0.4, 0.8g·kg -1) can reduce the degree of swelling of the ears, increase the thymus and liver index; at the same time, Ruyi Liquor (0.8g·kg -1) can make Decreased white blood cell count.
