建筑企业的项目管理主要包括人力资源管理、材料管理、机械设备管理、技术管理、资金管理、合同管理、信息管理和现场管理,它是建筑企业管理的一个窗口,是建筑企业形象的体现,是建筑企业经营管理中最基层、最基本的管理。项目管理的主体是建筑业企业,项目施工水平的高低、施工质量的优劣、文明施工的好坏与项目管理有直接的关系。因此,建筑企业要把项目管理作为企业管理的首要任务和重要内容来抓,提高项目管理水平对建筑企业有重要的现实意义。
