本文选取经济型酒店作为研究对象,在前期研究的基础上,构建经济型酒店网站功能评价体系,运用问卷调查法,了解用户对网站功能的需求,得出需求较强烈的指标。并选取有代表性的10家经济型酒店进行访问,了解其实际所具有的功能,结合用户需求进行功能评价,以期丰富有关酒店网站评价方面的研究,为酒店网站建设提供有效的指导。
Based on the previous studies, this paper selects a budget hotel as a research object, builds a functional evaluation system for the budget hotel website, and uses questionnaires to understand the user’s demand for website functions and obtain stronger demand indicators. And select a representative of 10 hotels to visit, understand its actual function, combined with user needs functional evaluation, in order to enrich the research on hotel website evaluation, for the construction of the hotel website to provide effective guidance.
