大峪沟森林生态旅游区位于兰州木耳乡大峪沟,距卓尼县城30公里,总面积105214.6公顷。大峪沟全长81公里,迭山主峰扎伊克嘎海拔4920米,沟口海拔2500米,相对高差达2400米。景区内生物垂直分布差异大,迭山雪线以上为裸岩,以下依次为高山草场、原始森林、低山草旬、灌木、农作物等;大峪沟共有9条支沟,依次为桑布沟、阿角小沟、阿角大沟、燕麦沟、扎崖它沟、巴什沟、涅座沟等,对此类景区的环境保护措施急需出台。
