2011年10月,党的十七届六中全会通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,把文化的大发展、大繁荣课题展现在我们面前。我们欣喜地看到,“‘乌金’文化年”活动在此背景下已经取得了卓越的成果,值此开展“‘乌金’文化年”宣传活动一周年之际,我们不妨回顾一下走过的历程。
