本次测评的辽宁省14地市,治理能力、基本保障能力、财政能力均与人均GDP水平正相关;基层自治能力与人均GDP水平负相关。进一步比较分析表明,14地市城镇居民人均可支配收入、农民家庭人均纯收入均与基本保障能力显著正相关,与基层自治能力显著负关系。
The 14 prefectures and cities in Liaoning Province under the evaluation have a positive correlation with the level of per capita GDP for their governance, basic support and financial capabilities. The grassroots self-government capacity is negatively correlated with the level of per capita GDP. Further comparative analysis shows that the per capita disposable income of urban residents in 14 cities and the per capita net income of farmer households are significantly and positively related to the basic support ability and have a significant negative relationship with the grass-roots autonomous ability.
