近年来,“看病难”问题日益成为民间舆论的焦点之一。“看病难”突出地表现为“看病贵”。事关民生的“看病难”、“看病贵”问题成为和谐社会构建过程中的突出问题。发展社区卫生服务,充分利用社区卫生医疗资源,优化城市医疗资源配置,是缓解“看病难”的根本举措。武汉市委市政府立足于为民办实事,在年初郑重承诺,将“推进基本医疗保障进社区”列为今年市政府为民办实事的头件大事。短短几个月,以发展社区卫生服务为依托的“低水平、广覆盖”的城市社区卫生服务体系建设全面展开。“看病难”问题在武汉正悄然破题。
In recent years, the “difficulty of seeing a doctor” problem has increasingly become one of the focuses of public opinion. “Difficulties in seeing a doctor” stand out as “expensive to see a doctor.” The problems of “difficulty in seeing a doctor” and “expensive to see a doctor” that are related to people’s livelihood have become prominent issues in the process of building a harmonious society. Developing community health services, making full use of community health and medical resources, and optimizing the allocation of urban medical resources are the fundamental measures to ease the “difficulty of seeing a doctor”. The Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government based themselves on practical issues for the private sector. At the beginning of the year, they solemnly promised that “advancement of basic medical insurance into the community” will be listed as a top event for the municipal government to do practical things for the people this year. In just a few months, the construction of a “low-level, wide-coverage” urban community health service system based on the development of community health services has been fully carried out. “Difficulties in seeing a doctor” is quietly breaking the issue in Wuhan.
