[案例1]学生上访作为六(2)班的班主任,我的民主治班方式受到同事们的好评。班级工作开展顺利,学生能力也有很大提高。可这一次却意想不到。出于对英语老师讲课方式的不满,一学生牵头,写了一封联名信,数落英语老师的“种种不是”。另一学生当即把信送到教育处总支书记手里。再是小事,书记看到有近40位学生签名的信,也肯定“大做文章”。接下来的事可想而知了,总支找分管领导,分管领导找学生调查,然后……此时作为班主任的我,还全然不知。接受调查的学生代表回来后,对我说的第一句话:“真想不到一封联名信会引发这么多问题。”无独有偶,还有一位学生(别班)由于对某老师有意见,竟然一个电话把事情反映到了教育局。时值“风声正紧”,局领导岂能坐视不理?……
