针对易起泡物料在蒸发浓缩过程中经常出现“爆沸”的问题,提出了一种新型的蒸发室结构。利用STAR-CCM+软件对新型蒸发室进液支管出口的气含率及其随支管入口流速、入口气液比、支管管径的变化特性进行了模拟。结果表明,气含率径向分布均匀程度随着支管管径和入口气液比的增加而先增加后降低,随着支管入口流速的增加而降低;大气泡在支管出口形成细小均匀的气泡,能够降低“爆沸”发生的倾向。
Aiming at the problem that the foaming material often appears “bump” in the process of evaporation and concentration, a new type of evaporation chamber structure is proposed. The gas holdup at outlet of the new type of evaporation chamber inlet branch was simulated by STAR-CCM + software and its characteristics were analyzed with the inlet flow velocity, the inlet gas-liquid ratio and the branch pipe diameter. The results show that the uniform radial distribution of gas holdup increases first and then decreases with the increase of branch pipe diameter and inlet gas-liquid ratio, and decreases with the increase of branch inlet flow velocity. Large bubbles form small and uniform bubbles at the branch pipe branch outlet, Can reduce the tendency of bumps.
