目的:探讨定量CT(QCT)测量男性精神分裂症患者腰椎骨密度(BMD)的重复性研究。方法:选取江苏省扬州五台山医院病区长期住院男性精神分裂症患者共64例,进行腰椎QCT检查,并由两位经过培训的放射科医生使用统一的分析软件,分别独立测量腰椎L2~4各个椎体松质骨骨密度一次。结果:两位医师所测L2、L3、L4各椎体BMD及平均BMD结果没有统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:定量CT(QCT)能够测量腰椎松质骨的体积骨密度,并且重复性良好,可用于定期检查精神分裂症患者腰椎骨密度的状态。
Objective: To investigate the reproducibility of quantitative computed tomography (QCT) measurements of lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD) in men with schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 64 male patients with schizophrenia were hospitalized in Wutai Shan Hospital of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. QCT was performed on lumbar vertebrae. Two trained radiologists used a unified analysis software to independently measure each of L2 ~ 4 Vertebral cancellous bone mineral density once. Results: There was no significant difference in BMD and average BMD of L2, L3 and L4 vertebrae between two doctors (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Quantitative CT (QCT) can measure the bulk density of lumbar spongy bone and has good reproducibility. It can be used to check the status of lumbar bone mineral density in schizophrenic patients on a regular basis.
