本文主要采用文献资料法、实地考察法等方法对银川市社区体育组织管理体制状况进行了研究。结果表明:银川市社区体育以街道社区体协为主,其他区域性体协为辅,组织结构基层化特点十分明显,形成了一个“条块结合”“以块为主”的新的社区体育管理体制。但这种管理体制在实践中还暴露出许多弊端,对此提出了相应的建议。
This article mainly uses the method of literature and data, fieldwork and other methods to study the community sports organization management system in Yinchuan. The results show that community sports in Yinchuan is dominated by Street Community Sports Association, supplemented by other regional sports associations, and the characteristics of grass-roots organizational structure are obvious, forming a “combination ” “block-based ” New community sports management system. However, this management system has exposed many drawbacks in practice, and put forward corresponding suggestions.
