分析了国内建筑防水行业新常态下防水涂料机械化施工的发展机遇,介绍了美国固瑞克与北京东方雨虹两家公司合作为中国建筑防水市场定制开发防水涂料机械喷涂设备(Z45)的过程及该设备的特点、功能、工效和市场推广情况。该设备经过工程测试、调整修改,现已覆盖市场上主流防水涂料产品丙烯酸、JS、单组分聚氨酯、非固化橡胶沥青、乳化沥青等的机械喷涂施工。
This paper analyzes the opportunities for the development of mechanized construction of waterproof coatings under the new normal conditions in the domestic waterproofing industry and introduces the process of the joint development between the two companies of Graco and Beijing Dongfang Yuhong for the development of waterproof coating machinery spraying equipment (Z45) for China’s construction waterproofing market. The equipment after engineering testing, adjustment and modification, the market has now covered the mainstream of waterproof coating products acrylic, JS, one-component polyurethane, non-curing rubber asphalt, emulsified asphalt and other mechanical spraying construction.
