随着我国市场经济的快速发展,各个领域的大中型企业、中小企业也随之得到了飞速发展。而作为企业的关键性因素的员工而言,尤其以中青年员工为主,其工作能力和素质的提升对促进企业的不断发展具有重要影响。因此,本文将针对企业青年员工的现状分析以及如何加强企业青年员工的培养管理进行深入研究,以期促进企业在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位。
With the rapid development of China’s market economy, large and medium-sized enterprises in all fields and small and medium-sized enterprises have also witnessed rapid development. As a key factor of the company’s employees, especially young and middle-aged employees, their ability to work and enhance the quality of promoting the continuous development of enterprises have a significant impact.
