The submission system currently used in periodicals such as “Physical and Chemical Testing - Chemistry”, “Physical and Chemical Testing - Physical Volume”, “Nondestructive Testing”, “Mechanical Engineering Materials”, and “Corrosion and Protection” sponsored by Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica Outdated, the database has been unable to meet the effective operation of large load manuscripts and the author of the manuscript submission system of human nature, diversified needs, and because of obsolete equipment, the risk of failure risk is also growing. In view of this, in order to provide more humane and better service to researchers and workers in the whole country, and to improve the efficiency of editing and reviewing manuscripts edited by the editorial department, and to satisfy the majority of authors’ contributions to the submission system
