顶岗实习对于大学生来说不仅仅是属于教学环节的一部分,也是学校实现工学合作教学、培养高素质专业人才的有效途径。对于职业院校学生的顶岗实习,我们需要进行深入研究的主要有四个大问题,其中包括:对于实习过程中企业文化的思考、管理机制的思考、考核评价机制的思考以及对于企业安全责任的思考。然后根据实际情况对实习模式不断的进行改革和创新,这样才能为社会培养出更多的高素质人才。
