In order to intensify the study and implementation of the “Outline for Citizen Moral Construction” and cultivate good social behavior and moral concepts among primary and secondary school students, the Liaohe Oilfield Underground Working Committee adopted various forms and actively organized students to sing and learn to be recommended by the Provincial Commission of Work. The juvenile moral song “I want to be a qualified little citizen” has strengthened their consciousness of being “five small”.
