随着社会的不断发展,各行各业都发生了巨大的变化,很多工厂、企业、公司等都需要大量的会计人才,然而科技、艺术不断的发展,使其他行业如火如荼,相比之下,会计行业给予社会的会计人才简直供不应求。因此,改革、创新会计专业人才培养模式,采用工学结合,对实训教学体系进行构建,不仅能提升培养会计人才的效率和质量,而且能够符合社会的基本需求。
