目的:观察刮痧拔罐联合中频电治疗颈肩筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例颈肩肌筋膜炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用刮痧拔罐联合中频电刺激进行治疗,对照组60例采用传统针刺疗法进行治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为100.0%;对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善压痛、疼痛方面与对照组比较,其评分明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:刮痧拔罐联合中频电治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎疗效明显优于传统针刺疗法。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of scraping and cupping combined with medium-frequency electric treatment of cervical and shoulder fasciitis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with cervical-shoulder fasciitis were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with scraping and cupping combined with medium-frequency electrical stimulation, and 60 cases in the control group were treated by traditional acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Treatment group in improving the tenderness, pain compared with the control group, the score was significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusion: Scraping cupping combined with IF treatment of cervical and shoulder fasciitis efficacy was significantly better than the traditional acupuncture.
