大企业在发展高新技术产业、提高科技成果转化率中具有不可替代的作用,但大企业不可能完全放弃原有行业定位,实行全盘转向。因此,寻求更为灵活的产业进入形式是大企业进入高新技术产业的首要问题。本文提出了投资建立新实体,对外参股或控股,共同开发、合作经营,提供“租借式”服务,设立风险投资基金等产业进入形式,力图使大企业在保持原有行业定位的基础上顺利进入高新技术产业。
Large enterprises play an irreplaceable role in developing high-tech industries and improving the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements. However, it is impossible for large enterprises to completely abandon the original industry orientation and implement a full-scale shift. Therefore, finding a more flexible form of industrial entry is the most important issue for large enterprises to enter high-tech industries. In this paper, we put forward the ways to invest in the establishment of new entities, foreign participation or holding, joint development, cooperative management, the provision of “leasing ” services and the establishment of venture capital funds and other forms of industries, in an attempt to enable large enterprises to maintain their original industry positioning Smooth access to high-tech industries.
