本文在广东省经济发展两类地区,随机对529例已婚育龄男女进行避孕知识、避孕使用情况及妇女意外妊娠、人工流产发生情况的调查。结果发现:有65.0%表示接受过避孕知识,96.4%知道两种以上的避孕方法。使用的避孕方法依次为宫内节育器,206/529(38.9%),输卵管结扎161/529(30.4%),避孕套60/529(11.3%),口服避孕药、安全期均为22/529(4.6%),输精管结扎15/529(2.8%),农业人口以输卵管结扎为主,113/168(67.3%)。在被调查的314例妇女中,表示有过意外妊娠的186人,占59.2%,共发生人工流产254次,人均人流0.80次,254次人流中,93.2%表示是意外妊娠,其中54.2%表示是由于避孕失败引起,在引起避孕失败的方法中,74.4%表示使用短效、临时的避孕方法,25.3%使用宫内节育器,由于环脱落或带环妊娠。分析提示我省已婚育龄男女对避孕知识已有相当的了解,宫内节育器、女性结扎、避孕套是3种最常用的避孕方法,妇女意外妊娠的发生率高,计生工作者应加强对已婚育龄人群正确使用避孕方法的指导,尽量淘汰质量差的宫内节育器,以减少人工流产对我省妇女生殖健康的影?
