关羽,1962年生于河北,现为法国国际艺术家协会副主席,香港《水墨经典》杂志执行主编,河北当代书画院常务副院长,河北中国人物画研究会理事。
Guan Yu was born in Hebei in 1962 and is currently the vice chairman of the French International Artists Association. He is the executive editor of Hong Kong Ink and Wash Magazine, executive vice president of Hebei Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and director of Hebei Chinese Painting Research Association.
