随着互联网的裂变式发展和广泛应用,网络已成为青年官兵认识世界的重要平台。网络一方面开阔了青年官兵的视野,拓宽了知识领域;另一方面,也冲击着青年官兵思想道德观念、认知方式和行为习惯等,对思想政治教育的影响也越来越大。针对网络时代青年官兵思想政治教育的认知特点与存在的问题,需要以青年官兵的认知过程为基础,从调动认知兴趣,推动内部理性认知;把握认知特点,提高教育实践效果;优化教育环境,提升教育认同度等方面采取措施,以达到优化青年官兵认知,提高网络思想政治教育实效的目的。

On the one hand, the network broadens the vision of young officers and men and broadens the field of knowledge; on the other hand, it also impacts on the ideological and moral values, cognitive styles and behavior habits of young officers and men and has an increasing impact on ideological and political education.
