2003年以来我们应用短程化疗方案采取全程督导管理措施,治疗新发涂阳肺结核,已取得了显著的近期疗效,疗程结束痰菌阴转率98.3%,为了更全面地评价短程化疗的效果,我们对疗程结束痰菌阴转的180例新发涂阳患者进行了近2年的随访,结果报告如下。1对象和方法1.1观察对象清徐县疾控中
Since 2003, we have adopted full-scale supervision and management measures for short-course chemotherapy to treat newly-occurring smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis and have achieved remarkable short-term curative effect. At the end of treatment, sputum negative conversion rate was 98.3%.
