苏南村因坐落在六安市苏埠镇南侧而得名,一度也是全镇出了名的贫困村、群众矛盾比较突出的上访村、村级管理比较混乱的基层组织建设滞后村,被当地群众戏谑为“三难村”。针对这种困境,换届选举产生的村党支部班子经过调研,提出强基固本要从党组织的“细胞核”党小组建设抓起,使村党组织的战斗堡垒作用和广大党员的先锋模范作用得到充分发挥。
