随着社会的发展,企业改革的进程也在逐渐加快,并且面临着许多的思想政治工作。每个企业都要在社会中接受新的挑战,为了更好地促进企业的稳定发展,有必要加强企业政工队伍的建设。但是现在企业政工工作还存在着各种不足,要加强企业政工工作,就必须克服这些问题。
