“注音识字,提前读写”教改实验首先是在黑龙江搞起来的。这几年发展很快,现已遍及除西藏以外的二十九个省、自治区、直辖市,共约三千多个教学班。从各地实际情况看,这项实验的效果是不错的。如广东、云南、广西、宁夏、青海等省区,几乎所有搞实验的地方反映部比较好,师生的积极性也比较高。一个实验是否成功,需要经过较长时间的实践验证。这项实验已经过了六年的考验,很受欢迎,不能说是一种偶然现象。现在要考虑的是进一步完善和推广的问题。

Whether an experiment is successful or not needs a long period of practical verification. This experiment has passed the test of six years and is very popular. It can not be said that it is an accidental phenomenon. Now to consider is to further improve and promote the issue.
