“英才计划”是中国科协和教育部联合组织实施的中学生科技创新后备人才培养计划工作。为推进“英才计划”的实施,中国科协和教育部主要从以下几方面入手:一是成立组织机构,加强对“英才计划”指导与管理;二是严格遴选参与高校,为“英才计划”实施奠定工作基础;三是精心培养学生,引导中学生成长为科技创新后备人才;四是加强“英才计划”与大学教育的衔接;五是开展“英才计划”省级试点工作。
“Planning for Talents” is a plan for cultivating middle-school students’ technological innovation reserve talents jointly implemented by the China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. In order to advance the implementation of the “Charter Projects,” the China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education will mainly start from the following aspects: first, set up organizational structures to strengthen the guidance and management of the “talent plan”; second, strictly select and participate in colleges and universities. “The plan of excellence ” lays the foundation for the implementation of the work; Third, meticulously train students, and guide secondary students to become talents for technological innovation; Fourth, strengthen the “engagement plan ” and the convergence of university education; Fifth, develop “ excellence plan” Provincial pilot work.
