刘仁同志的一生,正如郑天翔同志所评价:这位在1927年冒着杀头危险,18岁就参加了党,在白色恐怖下转战于南到上海北到绥远的广大地区,对北平的和平解放和解放后北京的民主改造、社会主义改造和社会主义建设作出巨大贡献的无产阶级革命家,在“文化大革命”中镣铐加身,寂然长逝。在多次政治运动中,刘仁同志始终求真务实的可贵品质,最让人们怀念和敬佩。和他一起共事过的老领导,刘涌、沈勃、宋汝棼、张彭、刘冰、韩伯平、汪家镠、王大明、孟志元,动情地说起他们记忆中的刘仁同志。
Comrade Liu Ren’s life, as Comrade Zheng Tianxiang has commented: This man risked his behead in 1927, joined the party at the age of 18, and fought in the broad territories south to Shanghai north to Suiyuan under white terror.
