今年,国务院通过的生物产业发展规划,提出要大力发展生物产业,在2013～2015年,生物产业产值年均增速要达到20%以上;到2015年,生物产业增加值占国内生产总值的比重比2010年翻一番;到2020年,把生物产业发展成为国民经济支柱产业。这一产业政策的发布,使生物农药迎来了千载难逢的发展机遇。目前我国生物农药的发展还比较缓慢,必须采取有力措施、积极创造条件加快推进生物农药的发展。
