建设职业化实训室文化环境 提升学生职业素养

在实训室文化建设实施层面上,坚持以实训室的软、硬件资源布局与配置为基础,通过实物、标语、图板的形式清晰的展现在实训室内和公共区及走廊等场所,使学生和教师的职业素养在潜移默化的职业教育环境中提升,最终达到学习知识,修炼职业素养,提高职业技能的目的,形成黑龙江农业工程职业学院特点的职业化校园文化环境,提升学生职业素养。

On the implementation level of training room culture construction, we adhere to the layout and configuration of software and hardware resources in training room, and clearly display in the training room, public areas and corridors through the physical, slogan and board, So that students and teachers ’professional accomplishments will be promoted in a subtle environment of vocational education. Ultimately, students will attain the goal of learning knowledge, practicing professional accomplishments and improving vocational skills, and forming a professional campus culture environment characterized by Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College to enhance students’ professional accomplishments.
