文章研究了高温高盐油藏条件下,含聚污水中残留聚合物、固体悬浮物、污水含油及溶解氧对配制聚合物溶液的影响作用。研究结果表明,污水中残留聚合物对配制聚合物溶液的表观黏度具有一定的贡献作用,但当残留聚合物浓度超过600 mg/L以上时,贡献作用逐渐变小;污水中低含油对配制聚合物溶液的影响不大,当污水中含油量超过200 mg/L时,会对聚合物溶液的黏度带来不利影响;随着悬浮物含量的增大,聚合物溶液的黏度呈下降趋势,聚合物目标液的浓度越高,受到的影响越大;溶解氧对聚合物配制聚合物溶液的表观黏度产生重要影响,且聚合物的黏度在最初10天内损失严重。在利用污水回注储层时,应充分考虑各种因素对聚合物溶液的影响,同时也需要考察污水对储层物性的影响。
In this paper, the effects of residual polymer, suspended solids, sewage water and dissolved oxygen on the polymer solution were studied under high temperature and high salt reservoir conditions.
