医院党支部是党在医疗卫生领域的基层组织,是党在医疗卫生领域的最基层的战斗堡垒。在当前深入推进医疗卫生体制改革的新形势下,极易忽视医院党支部的建设及其作用的发挥。实践证明,充分发挥医院党支部特有的作用,不但可以为医院和谐发展营造良好的外部氛围,还可以为医院健康发展提供强大的内生动力。
The hospital party branch is the party’s grass-roots organization in the field of health care and is the party’s most basic fighting fort in the medical and health field.
