在 Ba O- Bi2 O3- Ti O2 - Ta2 O5四元系统中 ,合成了新钽酸盐 Ba5Bi Ti3Ta7O30 ,XRD研究表明 Ba5Bi Ti3Ta7O30 属于四方钨青铜结构 ,空间群 P4bm,晶胞参数 a=1.2 4935 (3) nm,c=0 .39393(1) nm;L CR阻抗分析仪测定 Ba5Bi Ti3Ta7O30 介电常数为 188,介电损耗为 0 .0 0 38(1MHz,2 5℃ )。
A new tantalum Ba5Bi Ti3Ta7O30 was synthesized in the Ba O-Bi2 O3-Ti O2-Ta2 O5 quaternary system. The XRD results indicated that the Ba5Bi Ti3Ta7O30 belongs to the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure with the space group P4bm and the unit cell parameter a = 1.2 4935 (3) ) nm, c = 0.39393 (1) nm. The dielectric constant of Ba5Bi Ti3Ta7O30 was 188 and the dielectric loss was 0.0388 (1MHz, 25 ℃) measured by LCR impedance analyzer.
