上海市精神卫生中心建院已经三十年了。在党和政府的重视与领导下,在各有关方而的支持与配合下,经过全院职工的共同努力,医院在开展精神卫生工作方面、建立并不断完善社区精神病三级防治网、培养精神科专业人材、进行精神医学的科学研究以及对外技术合作交流等皆做了大量工作,为发展我国精神卫生事业作出了贡献,博得了国内外同道的好评。三十年来,医院的发展经过了曲折的过程,既有成功的经验,也有挫折和教训。随着社会的不断进步和发展,精神卫生服务的对象和范围日益扩大,对我们的工作也不断提出了新的要求。我们的工作要能适应这种趋势,才能得到发展和进步,避免重走弯路。回顾历史,可以有助于我们总结有益的经验。
The Shanghai Mental Health Center has been established for 30 years. Under the leadership of the party and the government, with the support and cooperation of all parties concerned, through the joint efforts of all staff of the hospital, the hospital has established and continuously improved the three-level prevention and treatment network for mental illness in the community in carrying out mental health work. We have done a lot of work in professional personnel, conducting scientific research in psychiatry, and foreign technical cooperation and exchanges. We have made contributions to the development of mental health in China, and have won praise from both domestic and foreign counterparts. In the past 30 years, the development of the hospital has gone through a tortuous process, with both successful experience and setbacks and lessons. With the continuous progress and development of society, the objects and scope of mental health services are increasingly expanding, and new demands are continuously put forward for our work. Our work must be able to adapt to this trend in order to gain development and progress, and avoid reentrant detours. Looking back at history can help us to summarize useful experiences.
