今年油菜秋播期间,长江流域上游地区雨水偏多,中下游地区水稻收获期推迟且10月中旬遭遇干旱,油菜播栽期比常年普遍推迟,上游地区推迟10天左右,中下游部分地区推迟5天左右,导致油菜苗情分化较大,上游地区群体比去年少3-5片叶,中下游部分晚栽油菜苗龄短、苗体小、苗质弱。据中国气象局预测,今冬厄尔尼诺事件可能会加重发生,低温阴雨和暖冬发生概
