目的旨在探索临床护理路径在2型糖尿病患者的应用。方法将2型糖尿病住院患者196例随机分为对照组和观察组，每组98例。对照组按常规护理，观察组进入临床护理路径，对两组患者相关知识的掌握情况和出院6个月后的血糖、血压、血脂、体质指数的达标情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者对相关知识的掌握情况优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05或<0.01)。观察组患者出院6个月后的血糖等观察项目的达标情况优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05或<0.01)。结论应用临床护理路径对糖尿病患者进行护理，具有良好的临床效果。“,”Objective To explore the application of type 2 diabetes clinical nursing path.Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized 196 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,98 cases in each group.The control group routine care,observation group to enter clinical nursing path of knowledge to grasp the situation of the two groups and was discharged six months after the blood sugar,blood pressure,cholesterol,body mass index were analyzed Status.Results The observation group of patients with the knowledge of the mastery of the situation bet er than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05 or <0.01).
