目的探讨体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2010年10月-2011年10月324例经体外冲击波碎石治疗的泌尿系结石患者临床资料。结果 324例患者中痊愈58例(7.90%),有效241例(74.38%),无效25例(7.72%),其总体有效率达到了92.28%。结论体外冲击波碎石术治疗泌尿系结石效果较好,是治疗泌尿系结石的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy on urinary calculi. Methods The clinical data of 324 patients with urolithiasis treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy from October 2010 to October 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 324 patients, 58 cases (7.90%) were cured, 241 cases (74.38%) were effective, 25 cases (7.72%) were ineffective, and the overall effective rate was 92.28%. Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is effective in treating urolithiasis and is an ideal method for treating urolithiasis.
