针对当前模拟电路故障字典技术测点选择算法时间开销大和精度低的问题,提出一种使用人工免疫算法进行测点选择的方法.首先建立整数编码表并对模拟电路故障字典技术测点选择问题进行分析;然后将人工免疫算法与测点选择问题相结合.仿真实验表明,该方法在测点选择问题中不仅能准确地找到全局最优解,而且可有效减少时间开销.
Aiming at the problem that the current analog circuit fault dictionary selection algorithm is time-consuming and low-precision, this paper proposes a method to select measurement points by using artificial immune algorithm.Firstly, an integer coding table is built and the technical problems of selecting analog Then the artificial immune algorithm is combined with the choice of measuring points.The simulation results show that this method not only can find the global optimal solution accurately but also can reduce the time cost effectively.
