七十年代以来黄河流域频繁发生的断流现象，加剧了黄河水资源利用的供需矛盾。本文对黄河断流的现状、成因及其影响进行了全面分析，并系统地阐述了黄河流域水资源利用现状及其存在的问题。在此基础上，提出了解决当前水资源供需矛盾的合理途径及建议
The frequent flow-off phenomenon in the Yellow River basin since the 1970s aggravated the contradiction between supply and demand for the utilization of the Yellow River water resources. This paper analyzes the status quo, causes and effects of the Yellow River current closure and systematically expounds the current situation and existing problems of the Yellow River water resources utilization. On this basis, put forward a reasonable way to solve the current water supply and demand conflicts and suggestions
