Background of the Dialogue The Eleventh Summit of the Leaders of the Group of Twenty (G20) was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang from September 4 to September 5, The theme of the summit is “Building an Innovative, Dynamic, Interactive and Inclusive World Economy.” Leaders of G-20 members and guest nations and heads of relevant international organizations were invited to attend the meeting. Chinese President Xi Jinping attended and presided over the meeting, and attended the BRIC leaders’ informal meeting and other related activities.
