真假杂交稻种鉴别法:1、看种子的裂壳程度。杂交稻种裂壳明显,一般在17％以上,而非杂交稻种子(包括杂交稻种子生产出来的稻谷)裂壳率仅3％左右;2、看谷壳内花药的颜色。剥开谷壳,肉眼可以看到附在内壳的花药,呈白色的为杂交稻种,呈褐色的属非杂交稻种。新老杂交稻种识别法:一年内的新种子谷壳或米皮带有叶绿素,有少量种子呈绿色;放置一年以上的陈种没有一粒呈绿色。也可以取少量种子在水里浸泡
