利用盐湖提锂副产含硼氧化镁(B-MgO)和磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4,KDP)制备了不同粉煤灰掺量的磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)。研究了粉煤灰掺量对MKPC浆体的凝结时间、抗压强度及不同浸泡条件下对MKPC抗水性和耐海水腐蚀性能的影响,并对MKPC的物相组成和微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明:粉煤灰的掺入可延长MKPC的凝结时间,当粉煤灰掺量低于30%时,MKPC的后期抗压强度随粉煤灰掺量的增加而增大,同时掺入粉煤灰还可明显改善MKPC的抗水性和耐海水侵蚀性能;当粉煤灰掺量为40%时,制备出的粉煤灰MKPC可以满足其作为快速修补材料的各项要求。此外使用盐湖提锂副产B-MgO和KDP制备的粉煤灰MKPC可以明显降低MKPC材料的制备成本。
Magnesium phosphate phosphate cement (MKPC) with different content of fly ash was prepared by using B-MgO and KH2PO4 (KDP) as by-products from salt lake. The effect of fly ash content on MKPC slurry's setting time, compressive strength and immersion conditions were studied. The phase composition and morphology of MKPC were also studied. The results show that the incorporation of fly ash can prolong the setting time of MKPC. When the content of fly ash is less than 30%, the compressive strength of MKPC increases with the increase of fly ash content, Coal ash can also significantly improve the MKPC water resistance and seawater erosion resistance; when the fly ash content is 40%, the prepared fly ash MKPC can meet its requirements as a quick repair material. In addition, MKPC with fly ash by-product B-MgO and KDP prepared by salt lake can obviously reduce the preparation cost of MKPC material.
