目的:探讨合静脉滴注卷曲霉素方案对耐多药肺结核患者的治疗效果。方法:采用含卷曲霉素、结核清、氧气沙星、复合利福平及吡嗪酰胺等抗结核药物方案对耐多药肺结核患者进行治疗。结果:78例耐多药肺结核患者三个月强化期结束时痰菌阴转率58.97%,治疗一年全疗程结束时痰菌阴转率为66.67%,空洞闭合率41.38%,病灶X线好转率96.20%,不良反应率17.7%。结论:含静脉滴注卷曲霉素的化疗方案对耐多药肺结核患者疗效较为显著,同时减少了肌肉注射卷曲霉素同时的局部硬结、疼痛,患者易于接受,是一组较好的耐多药肺结核患者临床治疗方案。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of intravenous injection of capreomycin on multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods: Multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs such as capreomycin, nifedipine, oxacin, rifampicin and pyrazinamide. Results: The sputum negative conversion rate was 58.97% in 78 MDR-TB patients at the end of the three-month enhancement period. The sputum negative conversion rate was 66.67% at the end of one year of treatment, and the void closure rate was 41.38 %, Lesion X-ray improvement rate of 96.20%, adverse reaction rate of 17.7%. CONCLUSIONS: The chemotherapy regimens containing intravenous injection of capillamycin are more effective in patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and meanwhile reduce the simultaneous local induration and pain of intramuscular injection of capreomycin, which is easily accepted by patients and is a good multidrug-resistant Tuberculosis patients clinical treatment programs.
