黑龙江肇东市里木店镇永丰村党支部书记李广有通过劳务经济,让一个一无资源、二无外援的僻壤穷村富甲四方。全村2300人共输出劳力1120人,实现收入5336万元,人均4000元,有近一半村民在大连安家落户。李广有也成了叫响大连的“打工书记”。
