我国硅酸盐水泥、普通水泥、矿渣水泥、火山灰水泥、粉煤灰水泥等常用水泥的新标准即将于1980年1月1日全面实施。论文介绍了为修改标准所进行的大量科研工作,提出了标准修改的各项技术依据。着重讨论了水泥品种和混合材掺量、熟料中氧化镁指标、三氧化硫含量以及强度测试方法和标号划分等四个问题。对于增设硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰水泥两个品种、熟料氧化镁指标从4.5%放宽到6.0%(5~6%时须经压蒸试验合格)、三氧化硫限量从3.0%放宽至3.5%(矿渣水泥放宽至4.0%)、强度试验方法从硬练法改为软练法、水泥新标号的划分以及水泥标号换算混凝土标号的经验公式等作了详细的论述。并对这次我国水泥标准修订后将在扩充品种、提高质量、资源利用及确保工程质量等方面产生的经济效果作了具体分析。
The new standards for common cements such as China’s Portland cement, ordinary cement, slag cement, pozzolan cement, and fly ash cement will be fully implemented on January 1, 1980. The paper introduced a large number of scientific research work for the revision of standards, and put forward the technical basis for the revision of standards. The four issues of cement type and mixed material content, magnesia index in clinker, sulfur trioxide content, strength test method and label division were discussed. For the addition of two types of Portland cement and fly ash cement, the clinker magnesia index was relaxed from 4.5% to 6.0% (5-6% must pass the pressure steaming test pass), sulfur trioxide limit widened from 3.0% to 3.5% (releasing of slag cement to 4.0%), the strength test method was changed from the hard training method to the soft training method, the division of the new cement label, and the empirical formula of the cement number conversion concrete label. And after this revision of China’s cement standard, a detailed analysis will be made on the economic effects of expanding varieties, improving quality, resource utilization, and ensuring project quality.
